CIRQL is contemporary office space designed for small, growing companies. It is small suites in shell condition, encircling a lively hub of amenity spaces to be shared by its tenant companies. Tenants can efficiently build out their spaces for their office needs, while utilizing the central amenities hub common areas.

We've designed CIRQL to encourage community among CIRQL tenants by creating common amenities to be shared by the CIRQL community, such as a communal kitchen and conference room, huddle spaces, focus cubbies, outdoor patios and a bike share. There is plenty of room for social events and large remarkable writing boards with adaptive furniture.
